About This Opportunity
•Receive, store, pick and ship merchandise to Target.com guests.
•Safely operate power equipment (i.e., forklift, order picker, battery changers, scissor lifts, etc.)
•Match individual products to pack slips and pack outer cartons in a way that ensures a quality guest experience.
•Complete job tasks accurately and on time, identify and communicate ways to improve quality, and contribute to overall Fulfillment Center results.
Requirements
•Able to work independently and in a team environment
•Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs throughout a shift
•Accurately perform basic math skills
•Ability to read, utilize matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Able to operate computer systems with minimal direction after receiving training
•Able to operate all power equipment safely
